To ensure that you have complete control over who can access your Rapyd dashboard, we restrict our support team's access by default. However, you are able to grant our support team access to your Rapyd dashboard to troubleshoot any issues that you may have with your dashboard or website.

Learn more about how to give our support team access and what that means for your dashboard in this article.

What Does Giving Access Do?

Giving the Rapyd support team access allows our team to see every area of your dashboard and almost every feature as if they were you. This is incredibly important for quickly and effectively troubleshooting any problems that you might have.

However, there are some things that our team can't do with dashboard access:

  • Add or remove sites

  • Add or remove users

  • Modify any billing information
