How to Manage WordPress Plugins on the Rapyd Dashboard

Step 1: Log in to the Rapyd Dashboard

Login to the Rapyd dashboard by entering your email address and password after completing the Registration process. Next click "Login" to access the dashboard.

Step 2: Select the Desired Website

Then choose the desired website from the Sites tab to Manage WordPress Plugin of your Website (Here we are using Aviation Leaders as an example) If you have multiple websites, use the Search bar to find the specific one.

Step 3: Choose the Plugins Option

Now click on Plugins option from the left menu and enter the new screen.

Step 4: Introduction to Plugin Management on the Rapyd Dashboard

Once you access the new screen, you'll be able to view all of your installed plugins. This screen offers various functions that you can use to perform different tasks.

1. Plugin Type

Select the plugin to display on your Rapyd Dashboard from Plugins, Must-use, or Drop-ins.

2. Bulk Action Tool

Mark multiple plugins from your installed plugin list and Activate and Deactivate Plugins in bulk, using the drop-down menu.

3. Active/Inactive Plugin Filtering Tool

You can opt to display all installed plugins, or show either the active or deactivated plugins exclusively.

4. Search Functionality

With the Search bar, you can quickly find installed plugins using keywords.

5. Refresh Button

This button refreshes the plugin list to display any recent changes made.

6. Plugin Bar

In the plugin bar, you'll find columns for the Plugin, Status, Version, and Updates.

7. Dedicated Plugin Rollback Key

Roll back plugins individually by, selecting the plugin and clicking on the Rollback icon.

Now, If you want to reinstall the current version of the plugin click on the “Reinstall” button. But if you choose any previous version that you wish to install then the button name will automatically change into Rollback. Simply hit the Rollback button from the pop-up screen.

Another popup will appear where you have to click confirm to rollback.

8. Dedicated Plugin Version Update Button

Select the plugin you want to update, then click the Update available button to choose the version you want.

A pop-up will appear that shows the available update. Click on the Confirm button after reading the Warning message properly.
