Easy navigation

When you have the file path copied, you can quickly navigate to the desired file or folder by pasting the path into the file manager's address bar or an appropriate field in an application, saving time and effort.

Sharing and collaboration

When working with a team or communicating with developers, designers, or other stakeholders, having the ability to copy and share the file path makes it easy for them to locate the specific file you're referring to. This simplifies communication and ensures that everyone is working with the correct file.

Scripting and automation

When creating scripts, configuration files, or automating processes, you may need to reference specific files or directories. Having the ability to copy the file path directly from the file manager ensures that you're using the correct path, reducing the chance of errors.

File referencing in code

When developing web applications or websites, you may need to reference files such as images, stylesheets, or scripts in your code. By copying the file path from the file manager, you can quickly and accurately add the correct path to your code, ensuring that your application functions as expected.

We always recommend making a backup before deleting files and folders, as the action cannot be undone.
